What is collected
Account email, self-reported profile details you choose to enter, and the content of concerns or enquiries you submit, including an optional photograph.
Who can see it
Your requests and profile are visible only to you and to authorised municipal staff. Other residents cannot access your records. Public pages never display individual resident information.
How long it is kept
In production, records would follow the retention schedule of the responsible office. This demonstration environment may be reset at any time.
Demonstration status
No national identification, medical, tax or civil registry records are stored. No identity verification is performed.
